This new series of mash mix very color full, includes a character, a lettering, graphics, all in one composition.
Like the logos of luxury brands or overused cartoons, here the star brands are brands of superstores like Costco in Canada or Auchan in France, Lafleur in Quebec, referring to their real environnement.
Since each painting must be named, the artists have chosen for this series to give them a very French chic first name, namely: FX for François-Xavier, CH for Charles-Henri (also referring to the hockey team the Montreal Canadiens) and GG for Gérard.
As you can see, even after moving to North America for more than 10 years,
the duo knew how to keep their sarcastic humour very French.

All the elements in this canvas are their own creation, everything is hand sketching first, each detail, logo, typo or character.
