  • ONLINE ACCOUNT

How to create an online account?

As easy as 123:

1- Click on the top left of the site page.

2- Click on JOIN.

3- Enter the information requested and click on CREATE in the orange box.  

How to edit an existing account?

1- Log in to your account by clicking on LOGIN at the top left of the page.

2- Click on VIEW ADDRESSES on the orange button and fill in the requested information.

3- Click down on the orange ADD A NEW ADDRESS button.

How to reset my password?

1- Click on FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?

2- Enter your email address when requested.

3- Check your emails and follow the given instructions.


  • ORDERS

How to see what is available in my size?

1. Open the textile category you want to go in (T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts...).

2. Select your size, and click on  APPLY.
In this way you will just see the products available in your size. Given that we have very limited series and that the size distribution of the sizes is generaly from 5 to 30 items, if you have a favourite item do not wait for buying it!

How can I place an order online?

1. Go to the product you want to buy, select the size, the color and the quantity you want and click on the orange button BUY NOW. This will place your order in the cart you can see at the top right of the page.

2. You can either continue shopping by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING on the left side of the page or go to the checkout by clicking on the orange button CHECKOUT which is located at the top and bottom of the right side. If you want to change your cart, click on UPDATE below on the right side.

3. When you are ready to pay, just click on the top right page on the cart to proceed to CHECKOUT!

How can I edit my order?

To edit your order you just placed (if you made a mistake about the model, the size, the color or the quantity), you can send us an email at contact@bandit-1sm.com  or you can contact us on our Facebook page Bandit1sm.

What to do if the item I ordered is no longer in stock?

It may happen that sometimes you order an item which is no longer available in our stock. In this case we will contact you to let you know and offer you an arrangement (change the color, exchange the item for another one or refund you the item).

How to track my order?

1- Log in to your acocunt, then you will be able to access to your order.

2- Click on your order number to access to the tracking number.

3- Click on the tracking number, a DHL window will appear and will indicate you the details of your order.

 

  • PAYMENTS

Which payment methods are accepted online?

VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards are accepted for the online payment as well as the PAYPAL service.

 

  • SHIPPING

When will my order be sent?

We are always processing the orders as quickly as possible, from Monday to Friday.

We are doing our best in order to treat you as we would like to be treated.

Where is my order sending from?

From Montreal, QC (CANADA), ZIP CODE: H2K 3T10.

Office delivery:

If you are working all day long, it is better for you to enter your office address so that the post office will not let your package in front of your home door.

CANADA and US expeditions: wait of delivery and tracking number?

1- GROUND SHIPPING: always comes with a tracking number except for the enveloppes with stickers. Your order will be send to you within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the time of the year and of the number of parcels the post office must treat (out of our control).

2- DHL EXPRESS: tracking number, delivery within 1 to 3 days (weekdays).

3- FREE SHIPPING: you can pick up your order directly to our studio at the following address:

International expeditions: wait of delivery and tracking number?

1- DHL EXPRESS: tracking number, delivery within 1 to 5 days (weekdays). We recommend you to choose DHL for value and fragile goods.

2- GROUND SHIPPING: you will get a tracking number that will be scanned only as the package will have shipped. Once the order will have left the country, you won't be able to track it anymore.

3- FREE SHIPPING: you can pick up your package to our studio if you plan to come to Montreal. Just enter our address in the address of delivery and you will have the free pick up (2065 Parhenais, suite 377, H2K 3T1).

Why do I receive my order in multiple packages?

Your order can arrives in multiple packages, depending on the order itself. Indeed, if you have ordered a poster and a hat, you will understand that is better not to put the hat into a tube...

How to estimate the cost of the expedition?

 You can estimate the cost by going on the Canada Post website to search for POSTAL RATES.
1- Estimate the weight of your order, as a guide:

  • 1 t-shirt, or hat = 0,25 KG
  • 1 sewatshirt/hoodie = 0,3 KG
  • 1 poster = 0,3 KG

2- Enter our  Montreal post code: H2K 3T1. We are always trying to find the best rates possible for you, we are not making money on the shipping, it is quite the opposite...

How can I find a product on the online website?

To find a product on our webiste, simply go to the top left of the opage and click on SEARCH once you've entered the key words of the article you are looking for.

Where is my product coming from?

We are a small enterprise trying to offer the best quality possible to our customers:

How will I get my money back?

Upon return, the amount of money to be refunded will be directly returned to the account debited within a few days.

To unsuscribe from the newsletter, simply open one of the emails received and at the bottom of the mail click on UNSUSCRIBE.

123KLAN is a team of 3 people, that is to say Scien, Klor and Oscar. Then we're not 123 but 1,2,3!
